I would like to make this thread in memory of all my loving cockatiels that have passed through out the years. My first cockatiel Tomothy that was my best friend from 1992 to 1998, he only lived 6 short years of life but he filled my life with sooo much joy! He was my first pet ever, and grew up with me for a short amount of time, i still cry about him. You were not just a bird, but my soul mate. Also to my loving, gentle Pandalina that passed at 10 years old and to my sweet and curious cheeky that only was with us for a short time, after getting ill when he arrived here from the pet store, and finally to my dear Gallina and Pito...I love you all. RIP and see you soon again..keep my dear Sophie company(dog).

That is beautiful.

May their memories live on for eternity.

Yes, you don't forget. Another pet is a comfort but precious memories remain of the ones who went before.

The pets we have as young children seem to make a far deeper impression than the ones we have as adults. It's like when we are young we can relate to the animal on a completely different level.
